To make this composite I first uploaded a pictures and duplicated it twice then. I clicked on the layer named layer 1 and then clicked on the text box. After that I clicked on layer 1 and filtered the layer with a motion blur to 30%. Then I clicked on layer 2 and we went to layers and did a masking clip. This made the writing visible. Then I clicked on the text layer and put a bevel and emboss on it.
