Warhol 1

Create a separate layer for each layer needed. Then make a selection on the area that will get masked. Then Reveal it under layer and layer mask. Then click the fx and click on color overlay choose your color and how you would like to blend it. Continue this until your whole face it masked.

Warhol 2

To duplcate and combinemultiple layers i highlight all the layers then clicked on layers then duplicate layers. This duplicated all the layers slected. I this until i had four seperate photos. Then i changed each peice of the mask indiviually like i did in the first warhol.
